About the Role |
Drive operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing strategic program, in a large |
|
scale Fulfilment/ warehouse setup. |
|
* Controls metric of the function & SOPadherance |
|
* Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company’s policies & vision. |
|
* Maintain standards of health/safety/hygiene & security. |
|
* Customer focused & results driven approach. |
|
* Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design |
|
layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for |
|
replacement. |
|
* Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling. Engaging and assigning |
|
employees; following up on work results. |
|
* Maintains warehouse staff job results by coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees; |
|
planning, monitoring, and appraising job results. |
|
* Leading a larger team of 150-200 manpower |
|
* Exceptions needs to be handled with consensus |
|
*Generate reports for monitoring goods for related bulks and area |
|
* Ensure that all operations related matters are sorted out with relevant team |
|
* Suggest and implement improvements needed in the existing processes |
|
* Reconciliation and work with Ground Ops to close all issues within TAT |
