About the Role
The incumbent would be part of the central reverse experience team in Non-Large City Logistics, managing on time return pickups, while meeting certain AOP targets.
The person would be coordinating with multiple stakeholders to ensure that the speed of pickup and accuracy of pickup are as per the set targets.
The person would also act on the escalations from the customers and take the right set of actions to solve the issues in the short term, while setting up processes and controls in place to arrest recurring issues
You are Responsible for:
- Analysing pin code, hub and zone level Daily / Weekly/ Monthly Performance
- Ensuring returns pickup on Day 0/1 and 2 as per the targets
- Ensuring the breaches are monitored and controlled through timely actions
- Solving day to day operational issues with hubs and CX teams
- Identifying improvement areas, performing RCA and strategizing mitigation Plan at Hub Level
- Handling Customer Escalation Issue, RCA & Long-Term Operations Controls Building.
- Providing visibility to the hub teams through detailed reports
To succeed in this role – you should have the following:
- Experience in reverse supply chain
- Must be comfortable with handling large sets of data through Excel.
- R Studio will be a plus.
- Good stakeholder management and quick learner
- Exposure & Comfort in fast pace with data driven detail
