Asset rotation – Vehicle TAT inside facility
Unloading & Loading time
Network Optimization

Transit Time optimization
Exploration of different modes of transportation – PTL/Railways/RORO etc
Vendor Development
Vendor Perfomance & Scorecard
Penalty
New Vendor every quater
Strategy Vendor Relationship
EV & LNG – Sustainable modes
All size vendor capability – 44ft, MXL etc
People Relationship
Monthly connects with GMs Minutes to be shared
Physical presence in each BU box is mandatory within the week
Groom teams for future roles & succesion
Roastering of Manpower
EV Deployment
Absolute count of vehicles deployed

Cascade of DCD @ right rate card
Reliability & Losses
Day to Day Followups in Reliability with Salvation with FSC & FLM Stakeholder coordination
