About this job :

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our Seller Marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business programs/policy adoption, developing and executing monetisation programs, and enhancing the Net Promoter Score (NPS) of sellers within the our platform’s ecosystem. A key focus of this role is driving GMV (Gross Merchandise Value) growth for the organization by building, developing, and enhancing learning and development programs for new and unmanaged sellers. The candidate will also collaborate with tech and product teams on product development, manage a team of content writers and designers, and oversee both online and offline events to support our sellers. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong ability to manage projects end-to-end and deliver measurable marketing outcomes. About the team The Seller Marketing team at our Seller Hub is dedicated to empowering our diverse seller community within the our Marketplace ecosystem. Our mission is to drive growth and success for sellers by implementing strategic marketing initiatives, developing robust learning programs, and fostering a supportive and engaging environment. We focus on enhancing seller experiences, driving policy adoption, and boosting GMV (Gross Merchandise Value) for the organization through innovative marketing campaigns, effective communication strategies, and impactful events. Our team collaborates closely with tech, product, and creative teams to ensure that our sellers have the tools, knowledge, and support they need to thrive in the competitive e-commerce landscape. Policy Adoption & Monetisation Programs:

Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive adoption of business policies among sellers.

Design and implement monetisation programs to increase revenue streams within the seller ecosystem.

Seller Satisfaction & NPS:

Create and implement marketing initiatives aimed at improving the Net Promoter Score (NPS) of sellers.

Gather and analyze seller feedback to inform continuous improvement efforts.

Learning & Development:

Develop and enhance marketing programs for the learning and development of new and unmanaged sellers.

Create engaging training materials and marketing campaigns to drive GMV (Gross Merchandise Value) growth for sellers.

Product Development:

Collaborate with tech and product teams to develop new marketing tools and features that support sellers.

Provide marketing insights and feedback to enhance seller-related products.

Team Management:

Manage a team of content writers and designers to produce impactful marketing communications.

Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing content that educates and engages the seller community.

Event Management:

Plan and execute marketing-driven online and offline events for sellers, ensuring high participation and engagement.

Coordinate with various stakeholders to deliver successful marketing events.

Project Management:

Drive marketing projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and achievement of marketing objectives.

Develop detailed project plans, set timelines, and manage resources effectively.

Stakeholder Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across various teams including sales, product, technology, and operations.

Ensure alignment and effective communication between all stakeholders to achieve common goals.
