The Role –
- End-to-End ownership of the Sales and Growth of the city
- Hire, monitor, and manage a two-tier team of Team Leaders and Sales Manager.
- Owning and delivering targets for Various sales Channels
- Single point of contact between the ground Sales team and the central team. He or she will have to coordinate with multiple stakeholders to solve real-time escalations on ground
- Ability to evaluate and hire key resources within his/her team
- Training and mentoring team members on a regular basis and give them pointed feedback

- Highly aggressive (Restless) Team Manager & Motivator
- Target oriented and data-driven approach to sales
Persona
- 7+ years of experience in Handling Ground Sales team and a large span
- Should have executed sales in a cross-functional environment
- Company – FMCG, Telecom or High Growth Start-up
