We are currently seeking a Business Analyst to analyze National Account performance in order to identify specific areas of opportunity/improvement necessary. The Business Analyst will work jointly with National Accounts personnel to create/submit Key Customer Performance on both a regular and ad hoc basis. The Analyst interacts with National Account Managers and Vice Presidents to identify specific reporting parameters necessary for contract compliance, Key National Account end user satisfaction, and National Account organic growth. The Analyst will work to create automated business analysis/reporting suitable for Key National Account user requirements and compliance. The core duties listed are general for a Business Analyst.
